This Privacy Policy applies to the processing of personal data in connection with the use of the website www.dermmedic.pl and is issued in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).

The Controller is a medical entity operating under Polish law.

2. Scope of this Policy

This Policy applies to users of the website www.dermmedic.pl, including individuals who:

  • use the online appointment booking popup,
  • contact the Controller,
  • browse website content.

3. Online Appointment Booking – MyDr (DocPlanner)

The website provides an online appointment booking module in the form of a popup window powered by the MyDr system (DocPlanner).

When booking an appointment, users may provide:

  • first and last name,
  • phone number,
  • e-mail address,
  • organisational details related to the appointment.

Data entered in the popup is transmitted to the MyDr system and processed in accordance with the terms and privacy policy of the service provider.

Depending on the scope of activities, the provider may act as:

  • a data processor on behalf of the Controller, or
  • an independent data controller in relation to the operation of its platform.

Legal basis for processing:
Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – taking steps prior to entering into a contract / provision of medical services.

Where health-related data is processed, Article 9(2)(h) GDPR also applies.

4. Data processed in connection with contact

When contacting the Controller via phone or e-mail, the following data may be processed:

  • first and last name,
  • e-mail address,
  • phone number,
  • message content.

Legal basis:
Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest of the Controller in responding to inquiries and handling communication.

5. Website Analytics

The website uses Vercel Analytics exclusively for statistical and technical purposes.

The Controller:

  • does not use analytics for marketing purposes,
  • does not perform remarketing,
  • does not carry out profiling,
  • does not make automated decisions regarding users.

Collected information is aggregated and may include:

  • number of visits,
  • device type,
  • browser type,
  • approximate location (country/region),
  • visit duration,
  • technical server request data.

The collected data does not allow identification of individual users.

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest in ensuring website performance, security and optimisation.

6. Cookies

The website does not use marketing cookies or tracking technologies for profiling purposes.

No remarketing tools or advertising pixels are implemented.

Only technical mechanisms necessary for the proper functioning of the website and integration with the appointment booking module may be used.

  • the MyDr (DocPlanner) system provider,

The current version is always available at www.dermmedic.pl.

12. Language version

This Privacy Policy is available in Polish and English.

In the event of any discrepancies or inconsistencies between language versions, the Polish version shall prevail and be legally binding.
